Newbury physio department are far superior to any other physio department I've been too including The Royal Berkshire Hospital wear I got the impression I was just a number to tick off the list as soon as possible. The physio at Newbury ( Yolander ) really listens and takes no board your concerns but also pushes you for the best results for you. Thank You [name removed].

[name removed] has been looking after me and she has been superb in every way clear to follow /listens to any queries and then advises on what is needed and everything has worked for me I always love the print outs so I can copy easily the exercises being elderly . Thank you so much everything to the highest standard from reception to your Physiotherapist Absolutely delighted 10/10

The physiotherapist, [name removed], listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I did not appreciate the number of physio sessions I would require but she answered all of my questions.

At the moment I cannot think of anything which could be done better.
